This cottage is strictly for 2 adults only, as it is only a small 1 bedroom residence. Must confirm there will only be 2 people reserving for the length of time requested. Contract and Rules & Regulations must be signed and deposit of $200 required. A damage protection plan is also required.

- Absolutely no fish cleaning/gutting/filleting on the property. There are many free locations nearby for freshly caught fish! - No shoes inside - Dust off any sand prior to going inside - No cutting on butcher block countertops - Quiet time between 10pm and 7am - Please open bathroom window while showering - No excessively loud music / yelling - No parties - No pets allowed - No smoking allowed

Guest Access

Full access of upstairs living quarters. Garage is not for guest usage. The cottage is directly on Lake Ontario. While it is possible to swim directly at the cottage, we do not recommend this as you would have to climb down a rock retaining wall that could be slippery. We are working on getting a staircase built down to the water. We do recommend using the nearby beach that you pass (on the left) while coming to the cottage. Or use the Selkirk Shores State park beach nearby!

This is a beautiful location. We enjoyed the breeze off of the lake and the sound of the lake at night is so calming. It made for a good night's sleep. The property is clean and we just really enjoyed our stay here. It is a comfortable and lovely place!

We loved our stay at Drew’s cottage! Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves was amazing … we are already missing that! The cottage was perfect for 2 people, clean, and had everything we’d need. We had a delightful time just sitting inside and out, listening to the sounds of the waves. We walked to the beach access one of days, but also explored the area. Some highlights were Salmon River Falls, Selkirk Lighthouse, Selkirk Shores Park, Sandy Island Park, The Church Mouse shop, and for dinner, Tater Town and Stefano’s. We also walked the length of North and South Rainbow Shores Road, which was beautiful. And, of course, the sunsets were a 10/10! Thanks for hosting us! We would definitely choose this cottage again!
